Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director Opening Annapolis, MDFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for Medical Director role in Annapolis, MarylandPosition Highlights:Leadership role overseeing Maternal Fetal Medicine divisionHigh-volume perinatal program with approximately 5,500 deliveries annuallyLevel III NICU with advanced neonatal care capabilitiesMultidisciplinary team including MFM physicians, OB hospitalists, sonographers, and specialistsIntegrated support services including genetic counseling and diabetes educationAcademic involvement with OB/GYN residency programOpportunity for research and clinical trials participationResponsibilities:Lead clinical operations across inpatient and outpatient MFM servicesDrive quality improvement and program development initiativesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesMentor physicians, residents, and clinical staffParticipate in research, education, and academic activitiesQualifications:Board Certified in Maternal Fetal MedicineMinimum 5 years of clinical experienceDemonstrated leadership experienceActive Maryland license or ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with income guarantee and quality incentives403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offContinuing medical education (CME) allowancePaid malpractice insuranceEligibility for student loan forgiveness programs
