Testimonials
"I am beyond thankful I have found a home at Baptist Health Louisville. I love my role because I'm supported by a dedicated office team that consistently goes above and beyond to ensure both providers and patients have what they need. It makes a real difference to work in an environment where collaboration and commitment are part of the culture. Equally important is being part of an organization that listens - one that values our input and actively works to meet our needs. That support allows us to continue growing professionally while improving the care we provide to our patients every day. They also consider me as a person outside of my role as a physician and value work-life balance." -Stacey Stivers, MD
"I feel very blessed to be able to work at Baptist Health Louisville. I feel that my voice is heard/listened to as a physician, which is not true of all employers in the medical field. I genuinely feel that everyone is striving both to be a team player and also to give the best care to the patient. We have a very collaborative relationship with our labor and delivery team, antepartum nurses, referring providers, and subspecialty providers within the community which is so valuable. Even though our office sometimes handles emotionally difficult and complex situations with our patients, we still take the time to celebrate each other's successes and support each other through birthday celebrations, team building, and camaraderie. I wake up every morning excited to go to work and consider it such a privilege to care for our sweet patients." -Emily Gregory, MD
