Locums Maternal-Fetal Medicine Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Marshfield, WI (Any state license accepted) Why This Role Maternal-Fetal Medicine coverage opportunity with a defined assignment window Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities High-risk obstetrics practice with advanced fetal diagnostic services Cerner EMR environment In-person coverage only Temporary privileges available Assignment Details Start Date: August 18, 2026 End Date: October 2, 2026 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Admissions Required: Yes Rounding: Assigned Patients EMR: Cerner Call Type: Beeper Call Ratio: 1:2 Response Time: 15 minutes Average Daily Volume: 1-2 inpatient consults 10 clinic patients 10 ultrasounds Night and weekend pager call responsibilities Requirements Any state license accepted Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship trained Clean history Clinical Details Management of high-risk pregnancies Pregnancy-induced hypertension and HELLP syndrome Pre-gestational and gestational diabetes Cardiac, pulmonary, renal, neurologic, autoimmune, hematologic, and collagen vascular disorders in pregnancy Multiple gestations Placenta previa and placental abruption VBAC management Vaginal breech deliveries Operative vaginal deliveries Cesarean sections Genetic amniocentesis Cervical cerclage procedures Intrauterine transfusions Multifetal pregnancy reduction Fetal blood sampling Chorionic villus sampling Performance and interpretation of advanced obstetric ultrasounds Level II targeted ultrasound studies Fetal echocardiography Supervision of advanced practice providers Next StepsIf you're interested, please send: Updated CV Current availability Active state license(s) IMLC Status Preferred rate (We submit whatever rate would make the assignment work for you.
