This is a consultative-only role backed by a large, established referral network, which means you'll build volume quickly without starting from scratch. Position Highlights
Full-time, employed MFM position with Baptist Medical Network at Baptist Health System, San Antonio, TX
Consultative only — no delivery obligation
Large, established referral network enabling rapid practice ramp-up
Dedicated team of ARMDS-certified sonographers and genetic counselors on staff
Clinic located in a Medical Office Building (MOB) adjacent to the hospital
AI scribe technology available to reduce documentation burden
Dedicated administrative and clinical support staff
Baptist Medical Network spans 7+ hospitals, neighborhood medical centers, and satellite clinics
Competitive base salary with wRVU-based productivity incentives

MD or DO degree required
