Coverage Location: Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital Practice Setting: Office & inpatient coverage Reason for Coverage: support during recruitment period Dates of Coverage: unknow at this time Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 27 Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 per site Will Other Fetal Maternal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Yes, this is a 2 provider service. One provider will cover St. Mary's Hospital and one provider will cover St. Francis Medical Center. The clinic is also supported by a NP who rotates sites. How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1 Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: No Number of Exam Rooms: 3 Onsite Lab: No Onsite Ultrasound: Yes Describe Office Equipment: GE 10 Describe Support Staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 5 What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 95 Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: NA Nursery Level: III Documentation System/EMR: EPIC, viewpoint Trauma Level/Designation: N/A
