Job DescriptionMaternal–Fetal Medicine Specialist\ NGreenville, NorthCarolina
\ NA growing Division of Maternal–Fetal Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time Maternal–Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist to join an established and expanding program. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal–Fetal Medicine . New graduates and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

\ N 4 board-certified MFM specialists
\ N Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility specialist

\ N Comprehensive services including:

\ N Large regional referral base serving a multi-county area
\ N Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
\ N Approximately 3,900 annual deliveries
\ N 350 maternal transports annually
\ N Affiliated children’s hospital with:
\ N 20 pediatric subspecialties
\ N Level IV NICU
\ N Faculty clinical interests and services include:\ N Consultation for regional providers regarding high-risk pregnancies
\ N Outpatient management of high-risk pregnancies
\ N 9,000+ annual visits (approximately 2,000 patients)
\ N Preconception counseling
\ N Full range of fetal diagnostic procedures, including:
\ N Amniocentesis
\ N Percutaneous umbilical blood sampling (PUBS)
\ N Chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
\ N Advanced fetal therapy, including:
\ N Intrauterine transfusions
\ N Amnioinfusion
In-utero drug therapy
\ N Management of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome
\ N Participation in clinical research with opportunities for basic science collaboration
