Job description
Atlas MedStaff LLC. is seeking a Nurse Shift Manager for a 13-week contract in Bakersfield, CA. The role focuses on leading a maternity unit, overseeing high-risk obstetrics, recoveries, postpartum, and women's health patients during 12-hour night shifts in a busy facility with advanced perinatal safety initiatives.
You will coordinate patient care for about 250 births per month and rely on Cerner EMR familiarity and strong charge nurse experience to drive safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
