Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing individualized and small-group academic support in core subjects, especially math and reading. You will build consistent, positive relationships with students, encourage attendance and engagement, and help strengthen social-emotional skills. Working within a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and participate in ongoing training.
