What if your years of advanced mathematical training could directly shape how AI reasons through the world's most complex problems? We're looking for Mathematics experts — Masters and PhD holders — to help train cutting-edge AI models to think more rigorously, solve harder problems, and reason more like the best mathematical minds on the planet.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep mathematical expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, well-constructed problem-solving.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Develop, solve, and critically review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and depth
Design complex problem statements drawing on your expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics, or related areas
Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for correctness, rigor, and clarity
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to push the boundaries of AI mathematical reasoning
Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of mathematical accuracy and logical coherence
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics
Comfortable working with Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or problem-solving applications
Naturally detail-oriented — you notice when a proof doesn't hold or a derivation goes wrong
Clear and precise written communicator who can explain complex ideas with confidence
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in applied mathematics, mathematical modelling, or computational research
Experience designing problem sets, assessments, or technical curriculum
Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation
