A law firm seeks a lawyer with matrimonial experience to join their team in Garden City, NY. The firm handles cases across Nassau County, Long Island, and Queens, with occasional cases in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
Duties
Represent clients in matrimonial cases, including divorce and custody matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
Negotiate settlements and appear in court as needed.
Requirements
Experience in matrimonial law preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
