In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical services to patients, ensuring their health and well-being through preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care services to patients
Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Develop and implement patient care plans
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in continuous education and professional development activities
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Current board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a primary care setting
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Schedule & Details
Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week
1:40 call rotation
Patient volume: ~17 per day
No pediatrics
Support Staff: 2-3 MDs
EMR: Epic
Key Qualification
Must be board-certified
