This full-time on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity for entry-level candidates to contribute to patient care and work within a collaborative medical environment.
As a Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in the management of hospitalized patients, utilizing your medical expertise to ensure high-quality care. Your contributions will directly enhance patient outcomes and support the overall mission of our recruiting and staffing services in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough medical evaluations of hospitalized patients
Develop and implement patient management plans
Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Document patient reports and ensure accurate records
Provide patient and family education on health management
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Stay current with advances in medical practices and treatments
Requirements
MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) credentials
Entry-level experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Strong understanding of internal medicine principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to patient-centered care
Current medical license in the state of Tennessee
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Schedule: 7p-7a, 7 on/7 off
No call shifts required
Duties: Admits and cross-coverage
Daily Census: 18-22 patients
Support Staff: APPs
EMR: Epic
40k quality bonus- individually based
10/rvu over 4500 and 38/rvu over 5500
30k sign on with comprehensive relocation package
Typically, will have them interview with 2 hospitals
APP support
No new grads- 2027
