Job description
Northern Manor Center in Nanuet, NY is seeking an MDS Coordinator and MDS Assessor to manage assessments, care plans, and monthly calendars. The role requires MDS 3.0 experience and a valid NY RN license, with a strong background in long-term care and solid computer skills.
Responsibilities include maintaining records, auditing clinical files for accuracy and timeliness, and informing the DON about non-compliance issues while protecting resident confidentiality at all times.
