Job description
Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an MDS Nurse to perform essential assessments and coordinate care within our skilled nursing setting in New Jersey. You will evaluate residents' health status and help chart individualized care plans.
You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal guidelines, report Medicare/Medicaid activities, and provide coverage when needed to support residents and staff.
