Job description
First Atlantic Healthcare seeks a dedicated MDS Coordinator / Case Mix Nurse to lead resident assessments, ensure coding accuracy, and support interdisciplinary teams. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will drive regulatory compliance and manage the RAI process to maintain case mix validity and high-quality care.
Maine licensure (RN or LPN) is required; RAC-CT preferred. Strong assessment, care planning, and MDS/ICD-10 experience are essential.
