Job description
Arcadia Care seeks an experienced MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate completion of Medicare/Medicaid MDS and care plan documentation for proper reimbursement. You will lead MDS/PPS documentation, coordinate with nursing, dietary, social services and physicians, and oversee the restorative nursing program to optimize PDPM/RUG outcomes.
Responsibilities include MDS assessments, care plans, and scheduled reviews, plus collaboration in interdisciplinary care conferences.
