Job description
New England Personnel, LLC seeks an RN MDS Coordinator for our 40-patient LTC unit within a CCRC in Connecticut. This role focuses on MDS assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance in a private-pay and Medicaid environment.
You will join a calm, well-supported nursing team in a country club-like setting. 40-hour week with benefits; some remote days possible; strong emphasis on reducing chaos and delivering high-quality resident care.
