Job description
Pavilion Healthcare in Ottawa, IL is seeking a skilled MDS Coordinator RN to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure accurate MDS coding and timely care plans. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support compliant documentation for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and resident-centered care.
Applicants should hold an active RN license in Illinois and CPR certification.
