Job description
Four Oaks Healthcare Center in Jonesborough, Tennessee is seeking an MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our care team. You will manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and coordinate the nursing department's MDS activities in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
The ideal candidate is an RN with supervisory nursing experience, completed MDS training within 6 months of hire, and RAC certification is a plus.
