Job description
DeBary Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to serve as MDS Coordinator, leading resident assessments (MDS 3.0), care plans, and regulatory compliance for our skilled-nursing residents.
You will partner with the interdisciplinary team, support nursing staff development, and help maximize resident care reimbursement while upholding high standards of compassion and integrity.
