Job description
Long Term Health Care in Linden, NJ seeks an experienced MDS Director to oversee the RAI process, MDS submissions, CAAs, and comprehensive care plans in accordance with CMS, OBRA, Medicare, Medicaid, and New Jersey regulations.
The role partners with an interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate assessments, maximize appropriate reimbursement, and promote quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
