Job description
Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking an experienced RN to lead our MDS and Care Planning program. This senior role ensures accurate assessments, regulatory compliance, and strong resident outcomes through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
The MDS Director will mentor staff, oversee MDS processes (RAI/CAAs), and maintain timeliness of assessments to support appropriate reimbursement.
