Job description
Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care in Torrance, CA is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to develop and coordinate resident assessments, plan of care, and interdisciplinary care. You will oversee MDS/RAI/CAAs, monitor quality indicators, and guide staff to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a resident-centered approach.
The role requires CA RN licensure, RAC-CT or eligibility within 30 days, and knowledge of CASPER and WQIP processes.
