Job description
Legacy Healthcare in East Moline is seeking a skilled MDS Nurse to join our team. You will develop, monitor, audit, and modify each resident’s care plans and perform assessments to ensure the highest standard of care for every resident.
Applicants should hold an unencumbered Illinois RN license, graduate of an accredited nursing program, and CPR certification. Prior MDS Coordinator experience and RN SNF experience are preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.
