Job description
Aaron Manor Nursing & Rehab Center seeks an MDS Nurse supervised by the Director of Nursing and MDS Coordinator to complete the nursing sections of the MDS+ assessment, coordinating with all disciplines to ensure timely submission.
The role requires current NYS RN licensure, no on-calls or weekends, and a focus on accurate documentation, quality care, and adherence to regulatory standards. RAC certification is highly preferred and training will be provided.
