Job description
Aperion Care DeKalb seeks a MDS Assistant/Restorative Nurse to ensure accurate Medicare/Medicaid MDS documentation and appropriate reimbursement. You will integrate nursing, dietary, social recreation, restorative services and physician input to support resident care and reimbursement goals.
Responsibilities include leading restorative nursing initiatives, coordinating with therapy, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
