Job description
Rolling Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lebanon, NJ is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator to lead MDS scheduling and submissions using PCC software. The ideal candidate will have NJ RN license, strong communication, and 1–2 years of MDS experience.
You’ll work with the interdisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in care planning, and support utilization review meetings.
