The successful candidate will analyze signal characteristics, define parameters, model signal behavior, and assess data flows and communications activity across complex technical environments.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, and behaviorPerform waveform and bitstream analysisSupport DNI, telecommunications, mobile, and access discovery mission areasAnalyze FORNSAT and related signal activityAssess technical data flows and signal relationshipsSupport COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and PROFORMA analysis as applicableDocument findings and communicate technical results to mission stakeholdersRequired QualificationsMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope PolygraphBachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the positionStrong RF signal analysis experienceExperience understanding signal structure and parametersExperience with waveform and bitstream analysisStrong analytical and technical problem-solving skillsDesired QualificationsSIGDEV experienceDNI / telecommunications / mobile / access discovery experienceFORNSAT experienceCOMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA experienceExperience working with DNEASExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
