Job Summary
Seeking a Data Scientist to support multiple CNO mission areas through technical analysis, automation, collection processing, and data-driven mission support
The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing mission priorities
Primary Responsibilities
Support multiple CNO mission areas and operational requirements
Apply AI/ML techniques to technical and mission analysis
Develop Python-based automation and analytical workflows
Perform collection processing and data analysis
Create and maintain Jupyter Notebooks for mission analytics and prototyping
Rapidly adapt tools and workflows to changing mission priorities
Collaborate with technical, operational, and mission stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks
Experience with automation and collection processing
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to rapidly pivot based on mission priorities
Desired Qualifications
Prior CNO experience
Experience with CNO tools
CNE experience
AI/ML experience
Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:
135,000 - 180,000 USD per year(Ft. Meade MD)
