Job description
Whole Foods Market is seeking a Meat Department Leader in Cincinnati to supervise daily operations, drive profitability, control costs, and ensure food safety standards. You will hire, develop, and coach Team Members, manage inventory, and build strong vendor relationships while upholding company SOPs and store programs.
You will lead a high-performing meat team, monitor sales and expenses, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience through knowledgeable product handling and teamwork.
