Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Byron Center seeking Mechanics who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and develop schedules.

Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions.

Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or GED

3+ years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
