Mechanic Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Repair/replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks
Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs
Maintain a safe and clean shop environment
Mechanic Qualifications Proven experience as a Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills
Compensation
$20-$30/hour, commensurate with experience
Benefits Paid Time Off
Holiday Pay: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day (after 90 days)
