Location: Kent, WA (on-site) Pay: $28-$34/hour DOE 90-day review with potential increase + annual raises Shift: Swing or Night (see options below) Type: Full-time
About the Role Autonomy Staffing is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal for those with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience who are comfortable in a loud, industrial setting.
Shift Options
Swing: 2:30 PM-10:30 PM or 3:30 PM-11:30 PM
Night: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
Schedules may run 12 days on / 2 days off, or Monday-Friday (5x10s)
Must be open to up to 10-hour shifts and day-shift training if needed
What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues quickly and efficiently
Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Maintain production uptime and minimize downtime
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What You Need Mechanical and troubleshooting experience required
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
Able to work in a physically demanding environment
Strong problem-solving skills; reliable and consistent with schedule
Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Environment: Industrial manufacturing facility - loud, dusty/dirty at times - with a safety-focused team.
