Mechanical Technician - Twinsburg, OHPay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/HRFull-Time Permanent Position with Benefits1st Shift (Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM) A manufacturing, fabrication, and repair facility in Twinsburg, Ohio to hire a Mechanical Technician. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience as a mechanic, mechanical assembler, or service technician. The Company is offering comprehensive, hands-on training to candidates who possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.ResponsibilitiesDisassemble, inspect, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery and rotating equipment received for maintenance and repair.Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and vernier calipers, to perform dimensional inspections on critical components.Accurately record inspection findings, measurements, and repair data on written service reports.Work under the direction of the Shop Mechanical Foreman to meet strict repair schedules and quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within a fast-paced job shop environment.RequirementsProven hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical assembly, automotive repair, or a related field.Familiarity or prior experience using standard precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).Ability to read technical documentation, record clear written reports, and follow precise mechanical instructions.Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced industrial machine, fabrication, and repair shop.Strong desire to expand your technical skill set through company-provided training.BenefitsComprehensive medical insurance (historically featuring premium carriers like Client), along with dental and vision plans.401(k) retirement plan with a company matching program and Employee Ownership opportunities.Paid Time Off (PTO), paid company holidays, and paid parental leave.Substantial overtime potential.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
