Mechanic | Norton Shores, MI
Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Norton Shores seeking experienced Mechanics. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identifying root causes of malfunctions.
Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and activities to minimize downtime.
Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for repair and installation.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance operations.
Recommended Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC-controlled machinery.
Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
Certification in a specialized area (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, welding).
Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
