Mechanical Assembler 1st Shift (Hands-On Work, Training, Long-Term Stability)Join a growing team that builds highquality metal components used in major stadiums, entertainment venues, and large-scale installations across the country. If you enjoy working with tools, like seeing the results of your work, and want a role with steady hours, real training, and long-term growth, this is a strong opportunity with excellent benefits.What You’ll DoAssemble metal hatches and panels using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures.Read and interpret blueprints to complete accurate mechanical builds.Install insulation, prep panels for painting, and support finishing processes.Package completed assemblies, verify order accuracy, and prepare products for shipment.Crosstrain in multiple departments to expand your skill set and support production needs.Follow safety procedures and proper tool usage in a metal manufacturing environment.Maintain a clean, organized workspace similar to an auto body shop.Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as part of daily work.What Makes You a Great Fit6+ months of mechanical assembly or hands-on mechanical experience.Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements.Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, torque tools, etc.).Reliable, detailoriented, and able to work independently once trained.High school diploma or equivalent.Experience in automotive, metal fabrication, or similar environments is a plus.Interest in working on unique, highprofile projects that require craftsmanship.Why You’ll Want This JobProfit sharing that increases with tenure recent new hires have earned quarterly distributions.Generous PTO: 14 days + 9 paid holidays.Strong benefits: health insurance, 401(k) match, FSA, and tuition reimbursement.Hands-on training and crossdepartment skill development.Work on highvisibility projects for major venues and attractions.Stable 1stshift schedule with opportunities for overtime.Nonunion facility with consistent production work and a variety of tools used daily.Work Environment & ScheduleMetal manufacturing environment similar to an auto body shop (dust/dirt typical of fabrication).
