Mechanical Assembler 2nd ShiftJoin a reliable, growing manufacturing team that builds high-quality metal components used in major stadiums, entertainment venues, and large-scale installations nationwide. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in building something real, and want long-term stability with strong benefits, this role offers a clear path for growth through cross-training and internal advancement.What You’ll DoAssemble metal hatches and panels using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures.Read and interpret blueprints to complete accurate mechanical assemblies.Install insulation and prepare panels for painting.Hang panels on hooks for the paint process.Package completed assemblies and verify parts/quantities for shipment.Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skill set.Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.What You Bring6+ months of mechanical assembly or hands-on mechanical experience.Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately with a tape measure.Comfortable using hand and power tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Reliable attendance and ability to lift 50 lbs.High School Diploma or GED.Preferred:Experience in automotive, metal fabrication, or mechanical environments.Familiarity with torque tools and metal assembly.Strong work ethic and interest in long-term growth.Benefits After HireAnnual profit sharing14 days PTO9 paid holidays401(k) matchHealth insuranceFSATuition reimbursementClear career growth and cross-training opportunitiesWork EnvironmentHands-on metal manufacturing environment similar to an auto body or fabrication shop.Team-oriented, non-union facility.Steel-toed boots required (employee provided).Why People Stay HereYou’ll work on high-visibility projects including components built for SoFi Stadium and Disney World and be part of a company known for strong retention, steady work, and real advancement opportunities.
