Mechanical AssemblerAdvanced Technology & Research Corporation is seeking to fill the following full-time permanent position. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or veteran status.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Perform quality assembly of mechanical assemblies in a clean, air conditioned work environment.Ability to understand assembly drawings for mechanical devices.Mechanical assembly of package handling machineryLearn ATR legacy machines and perform upgrades and refurbishmentEducation & Experience Requirements:3+ years working experience with mechanical assembly and repairSkills & Abilities Requirements:High mechanical aptitude and curiosityProficient with mechanical and electrical hand toolsDemonstrated quality workmanshipSpecialized technical training A PLUSGood English communication skillsOther Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizenMust be able to lift 50 lbs
