Whether your background is in mechanical assembly or electrical wiring, this is an opportunity to build a long-term manufacturing career with a stable company that invests in its employees.What You'll DoAssemble electrical switchgear and power distribution equipment.Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.Install and wire electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Complete panel wiring, crimping, routing, and termination of electrical connections.Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.Work as part of a production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.Follow safety, quality, and production standards.What We're Looking ForPrevious mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams.Experience using hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.Reliable work history and strong attendance.Preferred ExperienceElectrical wiring or panel-building experience.Switchgear, control panel, or industrial equipment assembly experience.Manufacturing or fabrication experience.Why Apply?Climate-controlled facilityMultiple shifts available (1st and 2nd Shift)Stable Monday-Friday schedule with weekends offBenefits package availableSteel-toe boot allowancePaid training and career growth opportunitiesWork for an industry leader supporting critical infrastructure projectsApply today and start a rewarding career in mechanical or electrical assembly with a company that offers stability, training, and advancement opportunities.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $21.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
