Our engaged team leads with integrity, and unites with purpose, driving toward innovation and continuous improvement every day.Reporting to the ReWork Supervisor, the Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling components based on engineering and quality standards that satisfy our customer's requirements and expectations. Working in tandem with the Machine Operators & Warehouse associates, the Mechanical Assembler will ensure production targets are met, while always maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with basic mechanical assembly experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day operational production assembly tasks such as build/assemble housed bearing assemblies and relevant functional assembly manipulationWork cross-functionally with other assembly and value-add departmental operationsBasic machine operating functionsInventory and raw material processing actions throughout the departmentPerform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety protocolsMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsQualifications:High School Diploma, or equivalent1+ year of warehouse or assembly work experienceAbility to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbsAbility to use basic hand toolsAbility to interpret and understand technical drawings and terminologyOur Employee Value Proposition:Market competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid paternal leave and paid time offWork in a collaborative environment with passionate and innovative teammates$85 annual bonus applied toward mandatory steel toe bootsSolve is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
