If you have previous experience in this field and are readily available to work, apply today!A well-established industrial manufacturer in Colorado Springs who has been in business for over 30 years.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Mechanical Assembler/Electrical Assembler Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 to $ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst ShiftAssemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment.Perform wiring, fastening, fitting, and component installation.Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety and quality procedures.Mechanical Assembler/Electrical Assembler Qualifications:Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or fabrication experience required.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.Experience with hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, or mechanical fabrication experience is a plus.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
