Mechanical Or Electro-Mechanical AssemblerAs a Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection of products in both standard and non-standard environments. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of work and ensuring high-quality output.What will you do:Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently and safely.Maintain an organized inventory of products in workstations, ensuring all necessary materials are available and accounted for.Perform quality checks on work performed, identifying and recording any product defects.Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.Always adhere to quality standards and established safety procedures.Maintain a clean and safe work area to ensure a productive work environment.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Capable of working in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.Keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure high-quality assembly.Precision in following engineering specifications and instructions.Ability to troubleshoot and rework products as needed to meet quality standards.Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and standing for extended periods.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.This role involves working in environments that may vary from standard to non-standard conditions.
