Mechanical AssemblerJoin a growing manufacturing team building large chiller units and cooling systems used in data centers, industrial facilities, and mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy using tools, working with mechanical components, and seeing a project come together from start to finish.Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday - Thursday: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Friday: 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM, $22.17/hr2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM, $24.17/hrWhy Apply?Benefits start upon permanent hire401(k) match and profit-sharing programCompany-paid health, dental, and vision insurance$50 monthly snack/canteen allowanceOvertime opportunities availableStrong promotion and advancement opportunitiesEmployee appreciation events and catered outingsGolf simulator, workout room, foosball, and other employee amenitiesFamily-oriented culture with excellent retentionClean, modern, climate-controlled facilityWhat You'll DoAssemble large industrial chiller units and cooling systemsInstall mechanical components including panels, frames, brackets, piping, insulation, and hardwareUse hand tools and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, wrenches, sockets, and rivet toolsRead and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructionsPerform mechanical assembly, fit-up, and final product build activitiesPackage and prepare completed units for shipmentAssist with material movement and general production supportInspect assemblies for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work areaCross-train on additional product lines and custom buildsQualificationsExperience using hand and power toolsMechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferredAbility to read tape measures and basic assembly drawingsManufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, HVAC, or mechanical assembly experience is a plusAbility to stand, lift, and move throughout the shiftReliable attendance and strong work ethicTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to learnWork EnvironmentBrand-new manufacturing facilityClean, climate-controlled workspace year-roundBright production floor with high ceilings and modern equipmentBuild large chiller systems used in data centers and industrial applicationsTeam-oriented atmosphere with strong leadership supportCasual work environment (steel-toe boots required)Opportunities to learn advanced mechanical assembly and custom equipment buildsThis is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, mechanical, construction, automotive, maintenance, HVAC, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working with tools and building large, high-quality products.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
