Mechanical AssemblerWe're looking for experienced Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing team. If you have experience with mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, hand and power tools, quality inspections, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoAssemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power toolsFollow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and SOPsPerform quality inspections and functional testingTroubleshoot assembly and production issuesSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesTrain and mentor junior assemblers when neededWork closely with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing goalsMaintain a safe and organized work areaWhat We're Looking For1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawingsExperience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentQuality-focused with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentIdeal BackgroundsMechanical AssemblerManufacturing TechnicianTest TechnicianProduction TechnicianMaintenance TechnicianAviation AssemblyMilitary Mechanical ExperienceIndustrial ManufacturingPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsLift and move up to 35 lbs.Manual dexterity for detailed assembly workSchedule1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:30 AMWeekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PMMultiple shifts available to fit different schedules. Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
