Mechanical AssemblerOur client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Mukilteo, WAPay Range: $19 - 23 HourlyShift: Mon - Fri, 5:30am - 2:00pmWhat's the Job?Assemble small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances according to specifications.Perform mechanical assembly and operational tasks with components or subassemblies based on drawings, directives, and company policies.Use schematics, blueprints, verbal, and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, and test mechanical assemblies.Identify and report assembly issues to establish and improve company procedures.Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.What's Needed?Associate degree in Manufacturing or equivalent practical experience built upon High School level technical subjects.1-3 years of experience assembling small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances.Prior clean room experience is a plus.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to use small hand tools and precision measuring equipment effectively.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment.Engage in meaningful work that contributes to high-precision projects.Develop your technical skills and advance your career in manufacturing.Be part of a supportive team committed to quality and safety.Contribute to a company that values diversity and inclusion.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
