Mechanical AssemblerJoin a growing manufacturing team assembling HVAC and chiller systems. We're seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers who can work with hand and power tools, follow assembly procedures, and maintain high-quality standards.Responsibilities:Assemble, align, and adjust mechanical componentsUse hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipmentCalibrate and test parts to meet specificationsFollow manufacturing and quality proceduresLearn and perform brazing as neededQualifications:3+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experienceExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to read specifications and meet quality standardsBrazing or welding experience is a plusBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k), PTO, and sick time available immediatelyCompany-paid disability benefitsCareer growth opportunities into lead and supervisor rolesSafety boot allowance and uniforms providedThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
