Mechanical AssemblerLocation: Thief River Falls, MNCompensation: $19.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm | OT on Friday's as neededJob Type: Temp-to-HireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting production, safety, and quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, following instructions, and working as part of a team, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as an Assembler:Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and design specificationsMeet performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeepingPerform minor equipment adjustments, repairs, or setups with supervisionInspect parts and completed units using visual checks, gauges, tape measures, calipers, or fixturesComplete a variety of assembly and production tasks with minimal supervisionProperly store tools in designated locations dailyMaintain a clean, organized workstationWhat You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:High school diploma or GED preferred but not required0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experienceAbility to follow work instructions and read blueprintsExperience using hand toolsEntry-level candidates are welcomeYou’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and contract opportunities with well-known local employers.
