Evaluate manufacturing methods including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, castings, extrusions, and other production processes
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners on design reviews, DFM feedback, quality requirements, and production readiness
Review supplier inspection reports and ensure components meet required tolerances and quality standards
Support prototype builds, testing activities, root cause investigations, and system validation efforts
Participate in technical reviews and collaborate with software, systems, and cross-functional teams
Create assembly instructions and support manufacturing process development
Learn and apply relevant engineering codes and standards, including ASME A17.1
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture
Help shape the future growth of Beltways' engineering organization as the company scales
