Job description

Perform mechanical engineering analysis, and design or modify mechanical engineering layouts/schematics and detailed drawings/specifications. Perform and document mechanical engineering tests, and generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product release. Perform professional process/Hardware engineering research, design, development, modification, and evaluation. Generate and run test plan for performance check the designed hardware. Implement and test concept and feasibility designs for variety of product issues and solutions. Generate product specifications and review engineering documentation. Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables (temperatures, flows, pressures) for process or material specifications. Coordinate cross-functional groups consisting of electrical engineers, process engineer, quality engineers, RF engineers, supply chain to deliver integrated product solutions. Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines. Develop flow, chemistry, thermal and structural models to analyze the problems related to flow, chemistry, thermal uniformity and structural integrity in atomic layer deposition chambers. Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 6 months of experience in a related capacity(ies). Alternatively accepting a Masters degree or (or foreign degree equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 1. CAD modelling or Unigraphics 2. Designing next generation Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) tools for chip manufacturing 3. Ansys 4. Root cause analysis for various complex problems 5. JMP 6.
