The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
What You'll Do:
As part of Entegris' Manufacturing Operations team, the Manufacturing Co-Op will work closely with the production and Sr. Process Engineers team to drive initiatives to increase output, reduce scrap and rework, eliminate waste, improve overall efficiency, and ensure quality and safety are built into processes at every step.
Provide assistance in projects which improve operational efficiency and deliver savings which support corporate objectives, such as on-time delivery, productivity, scrap reduction, etc
Identify root cause and propose solutions.
Apply manufacturing best practices to drive safety, quality, reliability and predictability into everything we do
Work with teams to identify problems, analyze information and develop and implement process solutions
Assist in directing and controlling processes in accordance with defined policies and procedures

Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
